We ship worldwide and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.99 per order. This rate applies regardless of order size or destination and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Large orders may require a little extra processing time.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, peak seasons, or local delivery conditions.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be shared with you (and reflected in your order status page).
Sometimes tracking may not show updates immediately if the parcel has been picked up but hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet — tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours.
Phone number requirement for international deliveries
For many destinations (especially outside the United States and United Kingdom), carriers and customs often require a phone number for delivery. Missing phone numbers can cause delays or returned shipments.
Please make sure your phone number is included at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can also add delays beyond our estimates.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it.
Delays and delivery issues
If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, email us at help@ameza.store with your order number and we’ll help you investigate.
For customers in Luxembourg / the EU/EEA: if delivery can’t be made within the agreed timeframe (and in any event typically no later than 30 days unless otherwise agreed), you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable consumer rules.
